Our coaching and consulting service focuses on a combined understanding around the culture you create and the impact that has on positive behaviour in your organisation. Our experience across a variety of sectors allows us to create a bespoke action plan that will bring about change in your organisation.
This is delivered through a dual approach that consists of a bespoke action plan tailored specifically around the needs of your organisation, followed by a half or full day of consultancy depending on your requirements. Identified staff members within your organisation will then be coached to put supports in place, assisting your organisation to both plan and implement a more positive culture.

Coaching
We provide coaching opportunities to check-in with your staff using video conferencing. Alternatively, if face to face meetings are preferred this can also be arranged. We also offer standalone coaching around areas of focus in organisations or around individual children within the setting.
