Established since 1997, Team Teach develops and delivers accredited, award-winning training in positive strategies for managing behaviour. Our team is dedicated to advancing awareness and understanding of the power of positive behavioural strategies to transform outcomes for children and adults, and foster positive relationships.
The foundation of Team Teach is our network of trainers led by our Principals, who have extensive knowledge and experience of delivering positive behaviour management training across a variety of sectors. They are supported by a large team of Senior, Assist and Employer trainers across the UK and Internationally.
Managing Director (Learning & Development)
Jonathan is an educator with over 25 years’ experience. His work in SEND schools has been commended by the DfE. He’s a highly-respected speaker and trainer who is recognised internationally for his work on developing and supporting positive behaviour, ethos and culture.
Managing Director (Commercial)
Olivia is a highly motivated, ambitious and successful education and training specialist. As Managing Director, Olivia looks after the commercial side of the Team Teach and leads the strategy to bring Team Teach to more individuals and teams in education, health and social care, adults and children’s services’ settings and beyond. Prior to joining Team Teach, Olivia previously worked in education recruitment for over 13 years across the UK and internationally.
Founder & Chairman Emeritus
George was a teacher with 20 years’ experience in mainstream and special educational needs schools when he founded Team Teach. Following being awarded a Churchill Fellowship in 1996 – where George visited the USA to observe and return with best practice on how adults safely manage children’s anger and aggression – he’s worked to promote positive behavioural strategies both in and beyond the education sector, in the UK and internationally.
Azam is a highly experienced and innovative CEO with an extensive and successful track record in the education sector. He has worked in supporting education services for almost 20 years, building successful education recruitment and training businesses. In addition to Team Teach, he runs two of the most established, well known and well-respected education recruitment consultancies in the UK.
Business Development Director
Following 16 successful years in education recruitment and providing schools with highly qualified teaching and support staff across the UK, Jenny recently joined Team Teach to head up the business development team. Jenny also has a background in youth work and working in dementia homes, she has been a Team Teach Intermediate trainer for four years and has passion for promoting and delivering Team Teach across many organisations within education, health and social care, and children’s and adults’ services sectors.
Regional Business Manager
Stephanie has over 11 years’ experience in SEND education recruitment and, prior to joining Team Teach as Business Manager, was head of SEND recruitment at TimePlan Education, providing trained staff to schools, colleges, PRUs and residential provisions throughout the UK.
Regional Business Manager
Faye has over eight experience in sales, working across education and banking industries. Faye previously worked for Empowering Learning where she was branch manager and a specialist in recruiting roles for SEND, primary and secondary schools across Yorkshire, Newcastle and Manchester. She’s an Intermediate trainer delivering open Team Teach Level One and Level Two courses and working with a range of organisations in the North of England to adopt the Team Teach training and approach.
Regional Business Manager
Daria started her career as a teacher where she had several teaching roles across mainstream schools. She then joined TimePlan Education to successfully recruit teacher and support roles for primary schools in the Essex region. Daria is a qualified Team Teach Intermediate trainer and recently joined Team Teach where she now works with a range of clients to promote and deliver Team Teach courses across the South of England.
Canada Business Manager
Robert is an exceptionally experienced educator working across the Canadian education sector for 30 years. Starting his career in teaching, Robert worked in various teaching roles, including a Principal role at a school in the southwest of Toronto for almost 20 years. Robert also worked in education recruitment for TimePlan Education and Empowering Learning for six years helping UK schools to successfully attract and recruit talented Canadian teachers into their schools. Robert recently joined Team Teach to launch and deliver Team Teach’s highly transformative positive behavior management training and ethos to the Canadian market.
Business Development Coordinator
Before joining Team Teach, Ellie worked as an International Relocation Consultant for TimePlan Education and Empowering Learning recruitment consultancies, where she supported several international teachers to smoothly relocate and transition to working for various schools across the UK. Ellie is certified in the Positive Behaviour Management Level Two course and supports Team Teach with all customer enquiries.
Group Finance Manager
Patrick is a fully qualified accountant with CPA Australia, where he studied Ethics & Governance, Advanced Taxation, Strategic Management Accounting, Financial Reporting, Contemporary Business Issues, and Global Strategy & Leadership.
Harshil has over 10 years in Financial Services working in a variety of commercial roles from Business Manager to Product Manager. Before joining Team Teach Harshil worked as a finance specialist for Empowering Learning building on his finance and commercial experience previously gained in financial services.
Highly-experienced in Operations, Jill joined Team Teach in 2018 from a fast-growing project and programme management company, having previously worked for a firm of financial, actuarial and business consultants. Prior to this, Jill spent over six years working in the commercial aviation industry.
Prior to joining Team Teach, Michaela worked as a Financial Assistant at Empowering Learning, building on experience gained across the recruitment, engineering, consumer brands and security industries.
Mariana has worked in education for over 10 years. She first started her career as a Brazilian educator in International and National schools in Brazil and then moved to the UK where she worked as a Behaviour Teacher and Attendance Officer. Before joining Team Teach as Operations Coordinator, Mariana also worked across finance, training and international recruitment teams for Empowering Learning and TimePlan Education where she gained considerable credit control and operational experience.
