Team Teach launches new brand identity and website

We are excited to reveal our new brand identity and announce the launch of our new and improved website.

We’ve updated the look and feel of our website to be in line with our new brand identity, which we’ve modernised to reinforce our position as a market leading, accredited, award-winning provider of positive behaviour management training.

Our new website makes it easier for you to search, book and pay for Team Teach courses online and access training resources. You’ll be able to see our new brand identity across our website.

We’ve also launched two new My Account areas:

  • A new Useful Resources area for anyone who has successfully completed the Positive Behaviour Management Level One – 6 hours, Level Two – 12 hour and Advanced Modules training to access a range of course materials in multi-media formats.
  • A new Trainers Area equipping Intermediate and Advanced Trainers with updated course information and resources, and online forms to streamline course administration. Trainers will also receive instant access to the Useful Resources area.

Originally the plan was to close the current Let’s Share Area at the end of May and launch the new Useful Resources area in the new academic year, September 2019. Having carefully reviewed feedback from the survey we issued to Let’s Share Area Registrants earlier this year and wanting to ensure everyone is fully supported after completing a Team Teach course throughout the whole of their certification period, we decided to extend access to the Let’s Share Area until 31st July for anyone already registered and launch the Useful Resources area today.

This gives Let’s Share Area registrants and anyone who completed a course before today time to opt-in and move across to the new Useful Resources area, without affecting access to technique videos and supporting documents, which contributes to the safe delivery of Team Teach’s positive handling techniques. All new course registrants from today will be invited to register to access the new Useful Resources area on the new website.

What do you need to do?

If you registered to the Let’s Share Area or completed a Positive Behaviour Management course before 25th June and would like to continue to access technique videos and other training resources and templates from 1st August 2019, we need your permission to transfer your data to our new database and enable access to the new Useful Resources area. Simply complete this short form and we will send you a welcome email to register and access your new Useful Resources account.

If we haven’t gained your consent by 31st July 2019, we will delete any personal data remaining and access to the Let’s Share Area will be removed.

In the meantime, course participants who completed a course before 25th June 2019, can continue to login to the Let’s Share Area website and access course materials. Please note, we will no longer be issuing new passwords for the Let’s Share Area.

All new course participants who have attended a course on and after 25th June, can register to login to use the new Useful Resources area once you’ve received your certificate from Team Teach. You will need a valid course certificate to be able to register and verify your account access.
